Web Graphic Designer
This is a short or long-term position for an ambitous
Web Graphic Designer with strong design skills. OnSite
salary-based compensation or OffSite project-based
compensation are negotiable. Freelancers feel free

Responsibilities:
- Create outstanding visual design incorporating
typography, color theory, logo and icon design while
being mindful of usability and web best practices.
- Visually integrate and enhance the site architecture,
user Interface and navigation
- Work with development team to produce consistently
creative solutions
- Keep projects on track within agreed upon schedules
and deadlines
Requirements:
- Expertise in Photoshop, Freehand/Illustrator.
- Strong Quark/InDesign and/or Flash/ActionScript
skills a plus.
- Solid understanding User Interface Design and Information
Architecture.
- Excellent portfolio showcasing an ability to design
creative solutions within constrains of the Web,
stellar design skills and an understanding of typography
- Able to understand and translate project objectives
in a meaningful way through visual language.
Web Development Manager
This is an exciting opportunity, for a well-rounded
individual with strong technical and people skills.
Responsibilities
include:
- Project management for web and software development
projects
- Oversee projects from concept to completion
- Customer relationship management
- Oversee requests from customers to existing projects
- Management of development staff
- Technical Sales - from initial sales meeting to
proposals
Credentials:
- Information Technology or Computer Sciences experience
- Strong web development skills
- At least 3 years of related experience
